Question Wheel size for a 52

Does anyone know what size rims and tires came on a 52 Chevy pickup? Also, how big could I go before they rub on the front fenders(I am assuming that if they don't hit on the front they will be okay on the back)?

Re: Wheel size for a 52

Do you have a stock front end? I have a Must.II front end from TCI and I have more room up front than I do in the rear. I don't plan on tubbing mine in the rear. When you go to a good tire shop, they should be able to measure and tell you what backspacing you'll need to get the most rubber under it. That's what I'm going to do. just my .02

Hi Daniel,

This comes from the 1951 Resto-Pack: http://chevy.oldcarmanualproject.com...esto/51150.htm The resto-pack for 52 is not online yet.

Cheers!
