what do I need for wipers...

I was going to shave my wipers but decided I will just run the drivers side one. Besides this motor from brothers...

...and a wiper arm/blade, what else do I need? Right now I have nothing, just a hole in my cowl...

You need the inside "arm" and the "transmission" that passes through the cowl.

NewPort Engineering is the one I got for my truck. I think it is the same one that brothers is selling.
