Options for 5 speeds include NV3500s and NV4500s.

NV3500s are not very tough, and will not last behind a 350 if you beat on the truck at all, NV4500s are extremely tough, but cost a lot. Both will take a 32 spline NP208, or NP241.

Regardless, you'll need your driveshaft lengths adjusted, a new tranny crossmember, high floor hump for a standard tranny (new carpet and insulation to match, if applicable), a set of standard pedals for a hydraulic clutch, and the hydro clutch stuff itself.
