Talking Heres My 82 C10

Ok so heres a pic of my truck, It'll give you an idea of what I'm dealing with. I replaced box sides cab corners, doors, and fenders on both sides Theres an autoloc 35lb soleniod in each door, handle holes filled via duct tape and a monte carlo SS style lip spoiler. I have also replaced EVERY brake component (booster&master too) As for driveline, its a 305/700R4 setup. She aint pretty, but it's safe. AS you can see, we already have a foot and a half of snow here. IT SUX! the 32" mud/snows help though!

lookin good Kyle.

I wish mine was that far along.
Have you got any pics of the truck before you started putting on doors and box sides cab corners fenders etc etc .

if gchemist thinks he can see rust on the floor he's never seen what a truck from the 70's and 80's and even 90's looks like after a few Canadian winters with the salt and crap they put on the roads .
Some of those Trucks are so rusty that some Auto wreckers yards won't even take them. lol

Keep on Truckin'

That is indeed rust. Its nothing that a sandblaster wont fix. AS for picks before the re-panel, I don't have any. So imagine what I got for 300 CDN. A truck up to the frame in a mudbog behind a shady used car dealership. It even came with a free bale of hay and two farm tires in the back. The box was almost ready to return to the earth, and the doors had rustholes I could put my hand through.... well you get the picture.

COOL FACT: I just found out that my truck was built in the Oshawa GM plant, 20 minutes from my house!! Its a Canadian Built Truck!!! I'm keepin' it for sure now!!
