custom inner fenders?
has anyone here ever made any? my stock inner fenders were shot, the guy who i bought the truck from did some weird stuff to this truck. instead of replacing the inner fenders with another set, i was wondering if anyone here had made any for their truck and if so....could you post a pic so i could get some ideas?
thanx BBB

It would be nice to have someone make custom inner fenders with lowering, and big tires in mind. But it's all a matter of money if you have the money and want it bad anough you'll find someone to make custom inner fenders. I'd start with custom metal fab shops, that do custom sheet metal forming, and shaping.

You do realize that if your inner fenders are shot. you can get new repoductions for ~$130 each.
You could also go to US Bodysource and get fiberglass replacements for ~$170each Past that, you could form enough of the missing part out of fiberglass and atttach that to the existing inner fender. |

i do realize i could do that, i was lookinf for something other than stock inner fenders, something to be different. the stock inner fenders were completely not salvagable. the former owner had cut out some areas of the fender, i can only assume it was rust spots that he once intended to fix? i dunno i must just be crazy, i just wanted something to help fill the open area under the hood, i could always go fenderless but i don't want to spend my time cleaning under the hood? oh well it was just an idea?

get two trailer fenders and weld em together! saw it done on minitruckin or something, with trailer fenders you can tuck up to 22" rims! Just a thought.
