wagon wheels...
so, my truck came with white american racing wagon wheels with ugly red and blue pinstripes...
i was lookin at em today, and thought, they would look real nice if they was shiny metal : ) so... i took out the stripper and wire wheel, and dang, they look a whole lot better than the white, and for free! : ) i'm not done, but when i am i'll show ya some before and after, its turning out quite nice... |

Re: wagon wheels...
Hey that looks pretty cool, when I get a little further on my truck build I am going to paint my wagon wheels John Deer Green or Yellow.

Re: wagon wheels...
Looks good. How did you keep paint off your tires?Your`s looked better than the ones 4WPW sold me when they went on my truck.I had them in my shop about a year(with $800+ in rubber mounted)and when I got my lift done I got to put brand new Xterrainn and rusty wheels on my truck. They started poppin`paint in 6 months.My`90 Harley that`s all chromed out has sat there since new and nothing`s rusted on that. The black Rock Crawlers started rusting at the center to rim seam brfore I put them on my Suburban.

Re: wagon wheels...
my phone gets horrible reception in school, so i cant get the pics up here, but i taped the wheels, the tape didnt really stick with the tire shine on the wheels, but i put it under the lip, and its stayed pretty good
