Anybody use Performance Online??
I'm looking at buying a set of 4" drop leaf springs from PerformanceOnline.com and would like to see if anybody has used them before and if they would recommend them or not. They are the only drop leaf springs that I can find and would like to know before I spend $450. Thanks DOOCE

Re: Anybody use Performance Online??
I just ck them out and i have never used them but they look like a decent outfit.
They take all the major CC and PayPal so if you ues either one you should be ok if things don't work out but hopefully that dosen't happen. I'd use them if i were looking for something that i can't find any where else. |

Re: Anybody use Performance Online??
I bought a pair for my 71 longhorn. I have a 4 inch drop lraf with a 2 inch shackle. It drives good and I'm still able to carry a load. From that experience I would recomend them.

Just curious as to why you wouldn't want to go with the drop hangers and shackles since that route would be less expensive and still keep your stock leafs?

Re: Anybody use Performance Online??
I think a 6" drop would be a little extreme for a hanger and shackle. Probably why I haven't found a set yet. I plan on using a 4" drop leaf spring + 2" shackle/ hanger kit.
