Lifting a cab
Loaded the cab today on a trailer.Used cherry picker chained to cab mount holes.After some tense moments its on the trailer.
Whats the trick?

what i woulda done is to use a tie down strap ( canvas ) and lifted the cab by the roof through the doors or door holes you could put some styrofoam or a blanket if you have anything there along the roof line that could get damaged.

Couple of 2x4's with eye bolts in each end, thur cab door holes.
Carpeting on 2x4's to prevent damage. Chains to the eye bolts! |
