big block chevy /gmc
was there ever a 64-66 chevy or gmc truck that came from the factory with a big block in it ,that someone special ordered and put it in there truck from the factory that has survived today ?

i second that. most chevys and gmc's hat the inlines and the v6's, depending on the maker, up till around 64 when the 327 became available for the c10/c20 size truck. most likely a bbc would have been either a special order or a custom swap that someone had done like what we comonly see now adays.

I'm with the other two. The largest GMC motor you might see in a 1/2 or 3/4 ton truck is a 351 V6 from the factory and the largest Chevy option I've ever heard of is the 327. If you've found on that's great but would definitely be rare.
