Middle of doing doors
I bought these for $75, from sale on Craigslist. I filled all the hole by taking a 3/8 punch and punching through some sheet metal and taking the bottons and tapping them into the holes then spot

looks good, i have a bunch to weld up too once the first salt hits the road and i'm done driving it till spring mine are all from mirrors though i think the trim will go back on, but great idea i'll do that myself

I think he means the plugs of metal he made. Tape em in then weld! Looks super sweet!
