We just had a little 5.6 TREMOR !!!!
What's up guys...I was just laying on my couch, with my 2 year old daughter asleep on my chest...when my home started to shake and jingle !!!
It lasted for a good 15-20 seconds..... It's funny, cause you just freeze in your track, and wait.... The epicenter was located pretty close to me...AlumRock/Milpitas/Calerveras area. Really close to where Sleapy and SixFlat live.....How you guys doing ?? You like that one !!! TO CALIFORNIA !!!!!

Just the thought of the ground moving makes me shudder. I'll make due with the tornadoes, you can dodge them.

WOW, In my 25 years on this earth all i've experienced is rain, sun, mild wind, snow (just the once) and more rain! Although i did experience a twister once- but i guess it doesn't count in Universal Studio's!!! Happy halloween to you all.

Re: We just had a little 5.6 TREMOR !!!!
I lived in Los gatos for 45+ years! Remember the quake in '89? They were all fun but it keeps you thinking...when is the big one gonna hit??? My sister lives on Alum Rock ave by the golf course and she said it shook pretty good up there.
The worst thing we worry about out here in Az. is monsoons! And of course the "dry Heat". |

5.6 That'll make ya think. But, will only get about 18 seconds on the So Bay news.
Sorry I missed it. Was in Milpitas Friday & Saturday (Daughters 15th at the Great Mall) and I was thinking "What if . . . ?" I moved from Cali to Reno 5 years ago - and kinda miss quakes. - Dave
