Complete set of headliner trim pieces off '76 Chev PU
I have a complete set of headliner trim pieces (8 pieces) and all the screws off a 1976 Chevrolet PU. They are red/maroon in color and are all in excellent shape. I am asking $40 plus shipping for all the pieces. I will have pics on Friday (1/3/03).

big blockman, tried to send you a PM but it said you do not choose to receive any PM's...therefore I couldn't...check your settings.
I put these on E-bay and got more than i thought, therefore they are no longer for sale. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...876360712&rd=1 Thanks for looking. -Jeff |

Sometimes people don't know a good bargain when they see it.. Glad you got more than you expected, Jeff. BTW did you ever sell your stock 3+1 leaf springs?

That is funny you ask, I just started thinking about them damn things yesterday when I damn near killed myself tripping over them in my garage.
I got a huge piece of HD cardboard and made a box out of part of it so i could ship the headliner trim to the winning bidder...I could use the rest to wrap up the springs...still interested right? Refresh my memory on price and shipping conditions. I beleive I wanted $50 and you pay shipping right? Do you remember how much it would cost? Would it be better to bundle them together or seperately? My ZIP is 55448 FYI - I only paid like $130 (brand new) or something like that and depending on shipping it could end up costing you pretty close to that much as well. Would it be better for you to find them locally? Also, if you get them shipped to a business shipping is waay cheaper. Get back to me and let me know, $50 is $50 and everybit will help me with the 73! -Jeff BTW - got any parts you want to trade for the springs? I have nothing in mind so suggest whatever...you never know. Last edited by bigblock73; 01-11-2003 at 02:32 AM. |

$50 is cheaper than $170 from the last quote I got. Have you got a bathroom scale? If you can weigh 1 spring, I can quickly determine approximate shipping costs. I like using FedEx Ground. Its cheaper if you are close to an FedEx station though, places like PostalNet or Mailbox Etc. surcharge alot. If you search the forum, I have some stuff for sale, like a front sway bar, 78 grill, headlight buckets (78) new wiper/washer switch, door bags and door pulls, tailgate bands, Silverado dash bezel and a heater/ac control for 80's.
Mitch P.S. I could have it shipped to my buddy's place of work which could save some buck and he is a Minnesota native Last edited by 78SilveradoSWB; 01-11-2003 at 05:55 PM. |
