Master Cylinder or Power Booster

Ok on the 78 jimmy we had to install longer brake lines because of the lift. Well we have bled the lines but now there is like a suction noise coming from under the dash and the brakes are still spongy. So the noise bad booster, correct? And I need to rebleed the lines.
