Re: Powder Coat - Charlotte Area
There are several powder coating companys in the area. One I have used several times is Air Born Coatings. With NASCAR around Charlotte, there will always be someone powder coating for them. Look them up on the web.

Re: Powder Coat - Charlotte Area
I located a place in Mocksville, creativefinishing.com. However, I'm a little concerned with how cheap they are (shocking concern, i know). Most places, including Air Born (thanks scott's69) seem to be in the $750 range for sand blasting and powder coating, but Creative Finishing is only $400. Thoughts anyone?

Re: Powder Coat - Charlotte Area
That a pretty fast turn around... I haven't priced powder in our area quite yet.
Are you going to powder coat your front suspension pieces as well?

Re: Powder Coat - Charlotte Area
Will do cdowns.
Regarding the front suspension 72blckbuty, I'll be strapping on Air Rides upper and lower control arms, so only the main frame/crossmember pieces will be coated with this application. I'm hoping to venture into powder coating the other random pieces myself. Currently in the process of building a blasting cabinet. |
