Ok, went and looked at this THING today (boy is it cold out, 5 degrees). Being that this is the rust belt I was skeptical and not expecting much. The only good metal on the truck was the hood. Front fenders rotted at both ends, inner fenders shot. Radiator support welded by the opening, nothing there by the battery. Bed is short-fleet and is toast, even the crossrails. Oh, and to put a bed lift on, the PO welded 1 1/2 galvanized pipe to the frame rails and the bottom of the bed. Cab needs corners, floor pans and rockers. Forgot to look real good at the pillars. Interior is plain jane and rough. Is automatic, steering wheel is cracked to hell, no horn button. Dash cut for radio. Both doors bad at the bottoms. There is a cleaned up 305 sitting in it, but that's about it, not hooked up wire wise at all and Alt. and PS just hanging off the fenders. Good things...I'm thinking...it is 4x4 auto, has 6 bolt front end with discs. Left a message on his machine with an offer. Don't really have a place to put it, would be a very longterm project or donor vehicle.
