Question Pictures of 73-87 trucks with 88+ stepside bed

Pictures of 73-87 trucks with 88+ stepside bed? Or, how 'bout a '99+ bed?

This was brought up at another forum. I only have one pic of one of these and am not sure how good it looks. I have heard that the lines don't match but would like to see it myself.

Does anyone have any pics? Here's the only one I have.

Well, I have seen them in person, at Pigeon Forge, TN. They just don't do anything for me. Our trucks are square and boxey. The 88 up and later beds are too round. They don't look any better on 67-72's either.

I don't know how they can take a couple inches from the top of the cab - I need more room as it is!

As I said in the thread you are referring to (well, meant to say... ) I have seen one in person, and it really did not look right. It was well done, but the lines just looked wrong.

I did once see a 67-72 with that bed, and it looked good.

I agree Slony, the 67-72s look good with the '88+ step beds.

I don't like them on the 73-87 but better on the 67-72. I say let's keep them on the 88+
