smog in WA?
Wondering what the rules are for smog in King County WA... Up farther north in Mount Vernon I heard they were smog exempt. We have some major tree huggers here in the PacNW though, so I'm expecting the worst, haha. Thanks in advance!

Don't know about WA, but in IL, if a vehicle is over X years old, all ya gotta do is show up. They will take a pipe test, but not to worry, its grandfathered.

Re: smog in WA?
Washington only test vehicles between 5-25 years old. Anything over 25 years is exempt. If you live in Covington, you may be outside the "urban" area and not fall under smog testing laws anyway.

Awesome! Thanks... Didn't think to check on the 'ecology' department or whatever.
