Can You Get Your Hood Hinges Rebuilt ?
Have any of you found someone who can? Looks fairly easy you just have to drill out the old ones and get the next size up rivets pressed in. Any thoughts ?

Id imagine that it is possible, but since GM still sells em new, not sure if it would be worthwhile.

You can buy them NEW from your Chevrolet/GMC dealer, for less than $50 each in the States. Some vendors would have you to believe that aftermarket/repops are the only ones available, and that NOS is old stuff. It just ain't so. I don't have a problem with them plying their wares. They aren't stupid for disclosing where they get their stuff. Early Classic Enterprises turned me on to this bit of info, just to save me some money....and that was almost two years before I spent about 1500 bucks with them to get a whole buncha suspension stuff for my truck. So, it comes back to them in the end run.
