looking for a good split bench
looking for a 60/40 split to put in my truck. I'm not a fan of the 90's era look (even though they are comfortable) and don't wanna give up any more leg room then necessary (like with the 1999 and ups). what have you all used? please post pics iff possible. i'd like buckets but looking to start a family about the time i'm going to be done building the truck so i'd better stick with a bench so a young un' can go deaf to sound the sound of uncapped headers hooked to a big block with his old man

Re: looking for a good split bench
I had a 60/40 from an '89 Silverado in my '69. I still had the tank in and I'm 6'4". The wheel was a little close, but I went with a smaller wheel when I installed power steering anyway. I loved that seat.
