underdash a/c unit
I was wondering does anyone have pics of a underdash system . The reason that I'm asking is because I have the evaporator unit but I'm not sure as to what else I will need. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Also I'm not worried about how it looks because my truck isn't a show truck .

Re: underdash a/c unit
In order to get a response you should be more specific as to what name type of underdash. Old original from the era or the newer type.

Re: underdash a/c unit
The unit probably has an expantion valve behind it. If it does run hoses through the fire wall to a compresser, a receiver/dryer, & condenser.

Re: underdash a/c unit
Here is some pics of the underdash setup I have. Someone could ID everything as I wouldn't know for sure. On;y thing missing I think is the Heater core & heater core box & the engine stuff. Hope this helps you.
