hoisting motor and tranny ?
getting ready to install motor 454 and tranny,do you think the two stock lifting tabs on the intake is good enough or should I find two more for all four corners

I lifted my 454 and 4l80e trans together with four bolts (7/16" ??) run into the accessory holes.

I'v Used The Lifting Tabs On The Intake, But, I Didn't Have The Tranny Bolted To The Engine.

I've used them on a small block/tranny combo, but never a BB...Don't get yourself hurt!

Nope, it came from Northern Tool. It's their cheapie model that I bought for the shop away from home. It was on sale and the leveler was a freebie.
