67 c10 NEED HELP!
i own a 67 c10 swb that i am putting bags on, and i have had trouble finding upper and lower control arms for bags and 3" drop spindles. i have also heard that to make my truck lay completly out i might have to raise the control arm mounts and the cross member... is this true? is there an easier way? if anyone knows anything please let me know thanks, Taylor

Re: 67 c10 NEED HELP!
Air Ride technologies makes control arms for bags. Use the "Search" feature in this section to find your answers. DJM, Belltech, Western Chassis, etc., make the spindles. (all will require the switch to disc brakes up front.) Switching to 5-lug or 6-lug wheels? You can "Z" the frame, section/pancake the crossmember,... or purchase a Porterbuilt dropmember to lay the front out. All require work, money and some skills. The rear is a different story with different options. What is your budget? How much do you want to do yourself? Post some pics of your truck if you get a chance. Also,... welcome to the board.

Re: 67 c10 NEED HELP!
thanks i talked to the guy that owns porter built but havent heard back yet.. where is he located? and ive cheked most of thos sites and only found 2 and 2and a half " spindles but ill look again. im not tryin to spend a whole hell of a lot but im willing to spend what i have to to lay body, and i was thinkin about keeping the 6 lub but if i have to convert the front to disc then ill prob just go five(more options). im planning on doin it all my self im a body and paint tech and have built quite a few customs and a few mini trucks as well just nothing this old parts were easier to come by. Thanks for the welcome and i will post some pics asap. -Taylor
