Events around Montana
Are there any events going on this summer in the Montana region specific to our trucks or Chevy trucks? I would travel to Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Alberta etc. if it would work out. If not, lets put one together! Who is interested, and where do you live?

Where you at in Montana, Thats where my truck is originally from. My in-Laws live in Bozeman area and we get up there a few times a year. If something gets put together I could be interested, depending on my work schedule. I live in Wendell ID, down by Twin Falls area.

Re: Events around Montana
Hey,... I'm in Rapid City, South Dakota...
Cool Deadwood nights is in Mid- to Late- August... It's about 600-800 cars/trucks on a poker run/car show on the steets of historic Deadwood, SD. Lasts the whole weekend. Link: http://www.deadwood.org/DeadwoodEven...DeadwoodNites/ And... July 10-13th - Counts of the Cobblestone - In Hill City, SD Street Rods enthusiasts show off their vehicles in their yearly Show 'n Shine, rod run and ice cream social in Hill City. Both these are kinda cool. Let me know if your interested in either of these. P.S. Of course, Don't forget about the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally August 4 - 10, 2008. 350,000 to 750,00 bikers (depending on year) in a town of about 6000.

Re: Events around Montana
Everyone has a different idea of what is centrally located. Just scanning the location of members of this board, it looks like a lot more trucks from Alberta than Montana & the states around Montana, So Great Falls would be pretty centrally located. Who is interested in doing something this fall, maybe the week after Labor day?

Re: Events around Montana
Burn the Point is in Billings on Labor day. Its a pretty good sized show at the Metra and there is a Cruise the night before. There are a bunch of tri-5 chevys that always go there and park together I think it would be cool to get a bunch of our trucks there parked together and cruise together.
