I am reassembling the front suspension from a '66 1/2 ton and wondered if the spindles are specific for left and right sides of the truck.
Side by side they look identical, but before I go too far into the reassembly I want check. I couldn't find anything in a search of the forums. Greg

Re: Left and right side spindles
Never mind.
I looked up the GM part number for the spindles (knuckles) and found 1 number listed and 2 pieces required - same part for both sides.

Re: Left and right side spindles
Tie rod holes will be towards the front that will determine left and right.

Re: Left and right side spindles
Thanks.
The tie rod brackets are seperate from the spindles though, so I thought I would ask to be sure.
