Ok i need to ask, what does the overfill do besides catch the overflow when she gets hot? Mine just goes on the ground. Whats the need to catch it?

Re: Coolant Recovery In 67-72's?
It’s just an environmentally conscious decision. I just stuff an old coolant jug in the corner beside my battery and run the overflow into it. Not a show truck set up, but it does the job.
