Need Bolt Pattern Template - HELP

Anyone know where i can purchase a bolt pattern template? I had one years ago that someone had given to me. Loaned it out and never got it back Any ideas on where to look ?

I'm mainly looking for one with 5 on 4 1/2 , 4 3/4 and 5" bolt centers. Thanks

Is the one in your catalog a universal fit with all bolt patterns?

Maybe you could post the scan......would like to have a copy of it.

Blue Beard - Thanks, thats exactly what i was looking for !!

paintpyro - I appreciate your help with this. The ABS plastic are the ones that i was looking for. I need these to drill a set of brake drums and also a set of aluminium wheels, so you can see how "precise" i need this to be. Thanks again !
