bucket seats-another question

hey guys, i have some buckets out of a 85-86 burb in my 86 crew cab, they are the cloth, i have been told they either can't be recovered, or will cost a wad because the factory spray glued on the fabric, and it will tear up the foam if attempted to remove. is this true ?

Re: bucket seats-another question

No, it is not true.
The 88-9x bench seats are that way though.

I think the 88+ truck lowback buckets were that way too. Regardless you should be good with Burb seats all the way to 91.

Re: bucket seats-another question

Ken, that is correct. Anything with the 88-98 bodystyle was like that.
