Hollanders shows the upper control arms on your G-10 as the same as 73-87 C-10's but the lower control arm is exclusive to G-10's (77-95). Not sure if the lower ball joints would be the same or not. I just looked at Carparts.com and they show the same upper and lower balljoints for a C-10 and G-10.

As best as I can tell:
Rotors-yes
Calipers-no
Idler arm-yes
Pitman arm-no
Cenerlink- Unsure but leaning toward no
Tie Rod ends-yes
Steering Box-no

This info is not based on personnel experiance but by what Hollanders and Carparts.com show.

I did a little more looking and the spindles of your van and trucks are the same. The truck caliper would have to fit. Hollanders shows 1979-up calipers as different from pre 79. Maybe the hose mounts in a different location or something similar. Compare them and give it a try.

Sounds good, I aprreciate the info and time. I wonder why GM would wait til 79 to change that on only the vans ? odd...
