Is it all completely removed from the suburban or what? By everything, do you mean all the window and door lock switches, panels, seats, brackets, floor carpet, gauges/cluster, etc.?

I'd appreciate a more in-depth idea of what is or is not included. I'm not too far away in KY and if it's really everything, I'd be inclined to come get it.

I will help you get rid of the grey parts if you switch over. I am looking for four grey door panels
