Im needing to set-up my watts link but need to figure out my ride height. So guys whats the best way of doing this I am still needing my drop spindles do I need to wait or can I set-it up now? Right now I am running 15 wheels and tires but am gonna step up to 20''s do I need to take that into consideration? Any helpful info or insight would be great..

set-up I have now consists of

front
stock 72 spindles ( soon to be ordering 2 1/2 drop spindles)
strong arms
firestone bags
1 1/2 drop crossmember

rear
2'' blocks
bags are on order but will mount to the trailing arm
flipped center crossmember

So you plan on bagging the back? I prefer to set them up at half travel. So if you get 8 inches of lift, set it up at 4 inches.

You should set the rear suspension where it will be at ride height. If you are using a 7" diameter bag(RE7,2600) installed bag height will be ~6". Stick a temporary spacer(block of wood, etc.) at your desired installed spring height on top of the trailing arms and rest the frame on them. Build your Watt's at this height. Tire diameter will not affect where your suspension is at ride height-only how far your frame is off the ground.

While your air suspension is adjustable, to function properly, it will need to operate within the manufacturers installed parameters. So, basically, you can set it up as though it were static. Clear as mud?

The re7's are the bags I ordered as far as the watts link it is part speedway part home brew from looking at others on the board. Do I not need to pay any attention to fron camber toe in toe out etc etc?

Yes you do, but it should not affect your rear suspension height. For mock-up purposes, you could set your front suspension up at current installed height, then deflate 'til you're 2.5" lower. That way, everything is as it will be at ride height. There is quite a bit of adjustment for camber at the upper a-arm mount, so you should be OK there.
