Post OT: How hard is it to mount rear tire carrier???

Hey guys--Was wondering how hard it would be to mount a swing out rear-tire carrier on my 85 Blazer. It apparently never had one, so there are no old mounting holes or anything. thanks!

When you get one, make sure you get the supports from the back side of the sheet metal. Other than that it shouldn't be too hard.
