Re: 84 4x4 blazer for parts AZ

Is the floor center section a bolt in one? If so, I am looking for one if the price is right and you take PayPal. Let me know. Thanks! ....Joe

Re: 84 4x4 blazer for parts AZ

[QUOTE=Walts_restoration;3039084]cj is top dog before me. Cj, get a measurement on your eye to eye of your springs, i remember some trucks had the longer springs. Is your truck a shortbed?

Walt you go ahead and take it. I am still undecided if I will lift this truck or not, and if you can use it go for it .
Thanks Jamie

The blazer hump wont work in a pickup, they are different. you can see the difference on my blazer build thread. The pickup hump is about 4" shorter.

ChaseDale I tell you what, I do have a hump out of a 77 pickup, I will box it up and ship it to you for what ever t korinek charges me for the blazer hump.

I'll sell the high hump for $25 & ship for $15. Mrbeast , do all 4x4 blazers have bolt in high hump sections?

I am not sure, I know the 70's models that I had in highschool did, this is the first 80's model I have had, it is a 89, and it was welded in. If yours is welded in it would work if you just cut out around it. then I will cut the spot welds and take care of getting it installed.

Will you send me a PM with your contact info so I can send you some money?

I didn't know the hump was different between a truck and Blazer. I thought they were the same but I guess not after reading your post. I'm looking for one out of an 80's model since the 70's are different. Thanks for the offer. I'm sure that as many of these trucks as there are out there somebody will be scrapping out a rusty 80s cab that will have the center section that I need for my 2wd cab to convert it to a 4x4 cab. I'll just keep watching the parts board. ...Joe

Re: 84 4x4 blazer for parts AZ

Mrbeast heres your pic of the hump, nice shape, no rust or dents.
Pics also of inside top chrome & chrome bolts $35 shipped.
Still have a lot of parts
Shortchev could ship tailgate grey hound for about $75
Front & rear driveshafts $40 each both look to have been rebuilt/made recently These are from a 350/700r4 /208 combo with a 4" lift
