Post rust bubbles

i have an 81 p u with rust bubbles on the box.they are not through.i have never had any luck trying to fill something and it not show up in finished paint job

If it is a bubble it is rusting from the inside and the only way to get rid of it is by cutting it out and replacing it. If you want to slow down the rust all you have to do is clean out the inside of the box (2 panels). Just open your gas door and remove the plastic shield inside there and use a hose to spray above the wheel wells. You will be amazed whats in there.
