If anyone can help me I'm looking for a picture or instructions how to assemble the seat latch for a 68 bench seat. Thanks for any help you can give

If you have any questions on these let me know. Your connecting rod may not have the offset in the middle of it and may have an "S" hook instead of the spring. These aren't the best pictures but the seat was still in the truck.

Re: help with 68 bench seat

thanks for the help.
it is different then mine i have a straight rod going across
the bottom of the seat
with a spring bolted to the center of the floor
and a wierd looking clip at the end of it.
it only unhooks the driver side slide and the
passenger side is movable by pushing the pin
it doesn't look broke just not hooked up right
i'll snap a couple of pictures tommarow
and thanks for the help

Sounds good, pics would help. I have seen a few different setups and a couple of redneck conversions... Meaning no disrespect to the rednecks on here...
