Transfercase adapaters
I have two questions.
1. Does anyone make a th400 to np203 adapter? I have a buddy looking for one, 73-77 is what he said he needs. Are their any aftermarkets that are as good or better than the originals? 2. I have an 86 k5 and would like to swap the 700r4 for a th350 while the engines out. What all do i need? i think some of the 82s used a th350 np208. iirc ive seen some th400 np208s. Does this effect the driveshaft legth at all? or is it a bolt in place kinda deal? im using the 350 from a 75 k5 with a th350 so the th350 kickdown is no problem. Thanks guys.

Re: Transfercase adapaters
did you have to trim the tailshaft length? My buddy is planning to use a 2wd trans in his 4x4, and heard he had to drim the tailshaft an inch i beleive.
