Looks like there are a few of us that can relate. I did the same thing with a table saw. I was ripping some strips for a project and I was on the very last one. I went to pick it up after it went through the blade and the kicked back, sucking my hand down onto the spinning blade. Fortunatley , only the tip of my little finger got hit. It took 30 stitches to sew it back on, and 2 years for the feeling to come back. And yeah, the worst part about it, is bumping it into things you normally wouldn't. Hurts like a ***** when ya do that. Looks like a few of us have sharpened some of our pencils

SAFTEY FIRST
I only have half a big toe because I didn't think safty shoes where important. After 6 weeks laying on my back, and hobling around for a couple months afterwards I think differently know.
