Download irfanview and you can load pics directly from your PC.

Not familiar with your current steering issue's but I have the arms to do a cross over for a D60 for sale over on CK5.

Re: tell me what to do =-)

here are u're 3 choices:
1-buy a drop steering arm for the box
2-buy a s-shaped draglink
3-buy a raised steering block to go under the arm
u only need 1 of these to remedy the problem & the cheapest will be a raising the steering arm with a block although it's probably not as good as the other 2.

Re: tell me what to do =-)

It probably needs aligned as well then... I bet your steering arm isn't in the right spot on the box or the drag link needs adjusted...

If you find the center position of the steering wheel/box are the wheel straight? Turn it from all the way left to all the way righ and divide in half, that's center...

The raised block on the axle might be the cheapest but I will never attempt to take one off again... can be very very stuck!

I'd adjust your current drag link and if it doesn't work get this dropped one, $150 though...

Re: tell me what to do =-)

after seeing the pics, it looks as though u already have a drop pitman arm on the box. those springs look like at least 8, if not 10 inchers, so someone has already done something or u wouldn't even be able to hook it up. the secret to getting full steer both directions is to have the draglink almost level horizontally. yes the cone washers on the steering are are a pita & i don't like the extra stress put on the knuckle by the increased leverage the block adds. so i believe an s-shaped draglink is in order.

Re: tell me what to do =-)

sweet yeah the conical washers have proven to be difficult.. took the last block off with an evening soak of Peanut butter (pb blaster) and whacked it good with a dead blow to loosen off =-)
oo s shaped drap link?
and yeah it's abou t8 inches of lift with the angled blocks under the front and rear =-)
fits those 37's pretty well..

Re: tell me what to do =-)

the arm on the knuckle appears to be stock but the arm on the box is definitely a drop arm, usually good for 4 in. lifts. like stated earlier, the geometry between the 2 arms needs to be level horizontally to reach full throw of the box from left to right.

not too bad.. ive got a sway bar in the corner of the garage... but for "stock" ride height ...i dont corner fast though.. and the springs are pretty strong so the body rolls not bad i can feel it.. but not too bad..

Re: tell me what to do =-)

I would make sure your steering is centerd first. turn the wheel from lock to lock and count the turns, then turn back half as many. now see if your wheels are pointing straight. If not the adjust the draglink to point them straight, also make sure the pitman arm is 90 degrees from the frame when the box is center. If all this checks out the you will need an s link. You do really need cross over, but if it is just out of ajustment than that will get you by for now.
