how good are the handles? any pitting or scratches?

They have a bunch of light scratches from normal use. I would say they would be for a daily driver unless you wanted to paint or rechrome them.

Looks like the best way is a flat rate box, 6-10 days to Australia.
$10 for the handle+ $15 shipping= $25 total to your door.
