need some input
I have a 78 2wd Blazer. It needs both front fenders replaced. I have the opportunity to buy a complete 85 front end for $150 or a 91 for $350. I could replace fenders with new ones. I am really leaning towards the 85 front end. The truck is in the process of being lowered. I plan on putting a BB in it and mostly cruising and some 1/8th mile racing on the weekends. Nothing TOOO radical.
The reason I am posting is I cannot decide weather to keep the 78 front end or swap to the 85. I am 50/50 and would like some experiences and input from anyone. Hopefully this will help me make up my mind. here is my blazer now this is what made me want a 85 style front end |

Re: need some input
i dont know, i think thats more of a 79-81 rear end
anyways, stay with the 78 front, atleast thats my opinion, its classic, the 70's look is classic while i dont think the 80's look is old enough to be "classic" |

Re: need some input
I prefer the 81-87 front end, especially on 2wd blazers but if it comes with that rear end it would be hard to pass up h ha.

Re: need some input
I would keep the '78 frontend and add the '85 rear end.
I do like the '73-'78 front ends better then the '81-'91s.

I prefer the classic look of the 73-79 front end.
