The only leagl tint is factory tinted glass that has the factory markings.with that being said,I have 70% tint on my front side windows.I have not had a problem with inspections or cops. The rest of my side and rear windows are dark.I was told the rear had to be see thru, but mine is blacked out.The cops want to see who they are dealing with. The township next to mine are real ball busters.Last summer they were stopping mostly sport coms and removing the tint before they where aloud to leave.

I don't think that list is very current...or the factory tint on newer trucks would not be legal in all states. Any professional tinter will apply a tag at the bottom of the window that shows that the tint is legal.
