Dimensions are approximately 8.25 by 2.5 inches. It can be shipped US mail in a flat rate box for $5.00. Total $55.00 shipped, paypal add 3% = $56.65

Pic placed in opening. I did not bend tabs to fasten securely. This is a rare piece, included only in trucks with heater delete option. Straight and rust-free
