Wtb 350

I am looking to buy a 350 engine for my 1972 C20 - Was looking for a 400 SB but not bites. I will go with a 350 and built it up. If anyone can help thanks...might also be looking for a Tranny (auto) to go with engine. Let me know.

these trucks don't need vacuum gauges cause they don't suck!

If you build a 400 make sure you use the 2 bolt main block instead of the 4 bolt. The 2 bolt is actually signifigantly stronger beleive it or not. The 4 bolts are prone to cracking around the main cap area.

Yea, I have been hearing alot of things about the 400 SB - I think that I am going to stick with a 350 and build it up. 350's have proven to be more reliable engines.

Re: Wtb 350

use the 350 block with a stroker crank kit. 3.75" stroke with 350 main journals. This combination produces awesome torque at streetable rpm.
