Post 348 truck engine

I am looking for as much info on a 1962-65 348ci V-8 truck engine as possible including horsepower and torque specs. I also need to know if the transmission bolt pattern is the same as the one on my 1969 GMC 3/4 ton 4x4 with an SM-456 4 speed. I would like to swap this engine in. Its coming out of a 62-64 Chevy 2 ton truck. Will I absolutely need to change the waterpump to a car pump or will it be fine? It runs like new though it smokes a little. Has the original 4 barrel too. I figure it should have a good amount of torque for 4 wheeling. I want to put a better cam, al.intake,a 4 barrel Q-jet from jet products, and headers on it. Possibly HEI too. Any info on where to get these products would be appreciated. THANXX
