What an awesome day! Shoes, for the first time in months!
Thanks to everyone who has been following my build thread. Things are really starting to progress now, though we have a long way to go.
For the first time, in months, my 78 Silverado has new shoes under her. No more sitting in the corner of the garage on roller palettes. I posted this in the build thread (see sig link), but thought you guys might like to see some photos up here in the main drag Rear disc brakes. Snug, but fit like a glove: New BFG's (just mounted today) on fresh blasted rally wheels, painted argent silver, with new center caps and spinners: And of course, my Grandson was supervising Hoping to have the new 383 stroker and 700r4 mounted by weeks end. When we get her setup, I'll shoot a video clip of the motor running.
