Polishing wheel covers
What's is the trick to polishing wheel covers like in the pic? Seem to have some type of coating on them.

No coating on them.They are stailess.Remove the center piece and use typical metal polishing techniques.The centers are pot metal,like emblems,then chromed.Use chrome polishing techniques.You will likely need to repaint accenting.
