Best place to get hard line...

Well the title says it all. I think I'm going to plumb some hard line for my air bags. Where would be the best place to get it? Would brake line suffice?

Thanks

yes, brake line will work. What kind of metal are you looking for? If stainless, I would recommend inlinetube. If you want to get it locally try a Parker or Swagelok location. If you want regular steel, any autoparts store carries 5 or 6 foot lengths.

Good luck with it!

Is Swageloc pretty reasonable price wise for it, do you know off hand?

Re: Best place to get hard line...

AGS Company makes Protube, I bought a 25' coil of the 3/8" Black for my air ride plumbing but I haven't gotten that far yet. They make several colors and it is bendable by hand, mostly. The coil of tube is hard to straighten out. They do sell straight lengths of it but I don't think Stylins website has them. The powdercoating on them doesn't crack or break when you bend the tube.
