bags over upper A arm
Has any one ever seen this done? I'm not going this route , I just found this pic on another site. Looks like it works but didn't find any pics of it with the motor in.

That is an odd one to me. It just seems like you would be limited on your travel up front. Some bag set ups just make me wonder "Why?" But like you said it looks like it might work, and if it is a little different and it works...then why not?

The upper arm and ball joint aren't designed to take that load. It would work fine for a show truck or a rarely driven truck but not a daily driver.
