Re: GMC V6 Engine Towers
I can`t remember, but kinda thought he was awhile back. There`s a V6 bracket or two with them I had hung onto also.I`d let them go with the towers for another $5.i`m figuring I`d use a flat rate box.

Re: GMC V6 Engine Towers
Bob,I can`t say honestly.I got them loose with other parts thinking I`d be doing a V6 swap.I can take pictures and measurements if that helps distinguish between the two.

Re: GMC V6 Engine Towers
these mount in the rear holes, right? I did a v6 to small block swap and tossed my towers years ago, now I found out it sits back too far for the small block towers. I'd rather change back to the v6 towers than move the bellhousing x-member and get a longer driveline. From my research these will work, do you know?

Re: GMC V6 Engine Towers
I just realized the end of my last post didn't make much sense, so let me try again. do you know if I leave the bellhousing crossmember in the stock v6 location (farther back) if these mounts would work? I'm pretty sure they will but I wanted a second opinion, I started a thread the other day but no one answered.
