oil pressure gauge firtting
someone gave me a plastic line with compression fittings to hook up my oil presure gauge. The only problem I am having is connecting it to the stock oil pressure gauge. It doesn't seem to be 1/8" pipe thread. I thought it was a flared fitting but all I can find at the local hardware store is 3/16" flared fitting. That is too big to go into the gauge. Does anyone Know what size fitting I need so that I can ask for it at the store.
any help appreciated thanks |

Yeah I have this problem right now. I want to use the factory gauge but lost the fitting that screws into the block to go to the factory steel line. It has a funny not common fitting type on it. It's not standard flare fitting or compression fitting either.
