How on earth...
How on earth do you get the cargo light back on the truck? I took mine off for some reason and now I can not get it back on. I know their are 2 screws that hold it in place, but I have no clue how to hold the nuts on the back side and get them started. Help please!

Re: How on earth...
you'll need the rubber compression nuts. they go in from the outside, and when they are tightened, they squeeze tight to the holes. hardware store usually have 'em.

Re: How on earth...
You could put the nuts on the bolts in the cab hole and then tape them to the inside of the cab. should hold them long enough to get the bolts started

Re: How on earth...
I used a dab of silicone on the nuts to hold them in place until I got the screws to catch. It can be tricky.

Re: How on earth...
I used RTV silicon sealant on my 76 when I put a new dome light on it...held the nuts long enough, was barely messy, and worked.
